- Smith & Vosloo Attorneys is a premier proudly South African law firm with offices in Pretoria and Johannesburg. Our senior partner and head of Litigation and Commercial practice, Marthinus Quintin Vosloo, started the Firm with his erstwhile partner Louwrens Petrus Smith on the 1st of June 2000.

- We assist with Business Rescue Proceedings in both applying for Business Rescue for a distressed entity or opposing Business Rescue proceedings on behalf of a Creditor or a related party of a distressed entity.
