We have extensive experience in the drafting of Wills and Estate Planning. We provide advice regarding Estate Planning, through consultation and a detailed analysis of the client’s affairs and wishes to ensure: -
- structuring of a client’s estate to provide peace of mind;
- that complications and uncertainties which may trouble a client’s survivors are eliminated;
- the Client understands the possible consequences of his or her matrimonial regime after his or her death;
- making provision for Life-partners or cohabitation relationships, if required;
- the nomination of guardians for minors;
- maintenance for dependents;
- to provide for disabled dependents.
We can assist in making provisions for Living Wills.
DECEASED ESTATESWe can attend to the winding-up of deceased estates.
We assist in preparing, completing and submitting the necessary documentation required by the Master of the High Court in order to report a deceased estate, and we attend to the winding-up of the deceased estate in terms of the Administration of Estates Act, No 66 of 1965 (as amended).
