The Firm has extensive experience in handling corporate insolvency and individual bankruptcy matters. The Firm offers strategic advice to corporate debtors, creditors and other stakeholders during the insolvency proceedings and provide professional services required during the process and represent them in court/tribunal proceedings. We attend to complex cases involving companies with distressed assets both from the legal and the business side in an effective manner.

We assist with Business Rescue Proceedings in both applying for Business Rescue for a distressed entity or opposing Business Rescue proceedings on behalf of a Creditor or a related party of a distressed entity.
